How do I change my name?
Open Settings, then Driver Name. Your nickname is stored locally and can be changed without creating an account.
How do I unlock the next city?
Reach Wanted 5 in Los Angeles to unlock Miami. Reach Wanted 5 in Miami to unlock Tokyo.
How do power-ups work?
Collect power-ups during a run. Nitro gives a temporary burst of speed, Shield provides temporary protection and Magnet pulls in nearby cash and Nitro. Tap the corresponding button when available.
Where is my purchase?
Check your internet connection and reopen the app. For eligible permanent purchases, use Settings → Restore Purchases. Consumable cash and gem packs cannot be restored after consumption or loss of the local save. If a payment completed but the reward did not arrive, contact us with the product name and approximate purchase time.
Can I transfer progress?
This version saves progress on your device and does not provide account-based cloud sync. Resetting progress or reinstalling may lose your local progress and currency.
How do I request a refund?
Apple handles App Store refund requests. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I turn off reminders?
Disable Daily Chase Reminder in the game's Settings, or change notification permissions in iOS Settings.
