GETAWAY Privacy Policy

GETAWAY is an iPhone game provided by YK Co. This policy describes the game, separately from the YK Co website.
Your profile stays on your device
Your driver nickname, gameplay progress, currency balances, customisation and settings are saved locally. You do not need an account. YK Co does not receive this information from the game. Your nickname is not a public online profile.
Analytics, advertising and diagnostics
GETAWAY does not include advertising tracking or a third-party analytics service. Short-lived gameplay diagnostics remain in memory inside the app and are not sent to YK Co. Apple may separately provide diagnostics under your device sharing settings and its privacy policies.
Optional purchases
Apple processes in-app purchases. GETAWAY stores verified transaction identifiers locally to deliver purchases and avoid duplicate rewards. YK Co does not receive your payment card details. Apple's handling of App Store payments is covered by Apple's privacy policy.
Notifications and permissions
Daily reminders are optional local notifications. Enable or disable them in the game or iOS Settings. Gameplay does not need access to your location, contacts, microphone or camera.
Your choices and saved progress
Change your nickname in Settings. Reset All Progress removes local game progression; it does not cancel an Apple transaction or request a refund. Resetting or reinstalling may lose consumable currency and gameplay progress. Eligible permanent purchases can be restored through Apple. This version does not include account-based cloud sync.
