Terms of Service

Welcome to CarStomize ("the App"), a mobile application developed and operated by YK Co ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using CarStomize, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

CarStomize is an iOS application that allows users to visualize custom car modifications using artificial intelligence. The App enables users to preview custom wheels, paint finishes, body kits, and other modifications on vehicle images.

2. User Accounts

You may use CarStomize with or without creating an account. If you choose to create an account using Sign in with Apple, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Credit System and Purchases

  • CarStomize uses a credit-based system for generating car customizations
  • Credits are purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system
  • Credits are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Credits do not expire but are tied to your account
  • All purchases are subject to Apple's Terms of Service

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any images you upload to CarStomize. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your images for the purpose of generating customizations.

If you share builds to the community gallery, you grant us and other users the right to view and interact with that content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload images that violate intellectual property rights
  • Share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App's AI technology
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without authorization
  • Abuse the credit system or attempt fraudulent purchases

6. AI-Generated Content

Important: CarStomize uses artificial intelligence to generate car visualizations. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated results may not always be perfect or realistic. Results are for visualization purposes only and should not be considered exact representations of real-world modifications.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by YK Co and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CarStomize is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • AI-generated results will meet your expectations
  • The App will be compatible with all devices or iOS versions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YK Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of CarStomize.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CarStomize at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
