Please include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, game version and what happened. Screenshots and steps to reproduce a problem are helpful. Never send your password or payment-card information.
How do I start a run?
Choose Deploy, select your operator, choose a skin and battlefield, then select an optional squad member and deploy. Drag on the battlefield to move; your operator attacks automatically. Collect XP and choose upgrades as you level up.
Loading or deployment seems stuck
Allow the loading screen to finish preparing the game, especially on first launch. If it remains stuck, close and reopen the app, check for an update and restart your device. Contact support if it persists. Avoid deleting the app as a first troubleshooting step because earned progress is stored locally.
My purchase is missing
Connect to the internet, use the same Apple Account that made the purchase, open Supply Depot and select Restore Purchases. A pending purchase may require approval before content unlocks. If the problem continues, email us the bundle name and approximate purchase time.
What do bundles include?
The Supply Depot describes the operators, maps or cosmetic skins included in each bundle before purchase. Skin bundles change appearance and do not grant combat stat boosts. Bundle ownership does not include future content unless the product description explicitly says so.
What does Reset Save do?
Options → Reset Save clears earned progress, War Bonds, training and preferences. Eligible purchased content remains owned and can be restored. Resetting is permanent for local gameplay progress; it does not refund purchases.
Can I move my progress to another device?
This version stores gameplay progress locally and has no in-game cloud-save account. Eligible permanent purchases can be restored on another device using the same Apple Account. Restoring purchases does not restore earned currency or gameplay progress.
What happens if I abandon a run?
Quitting a run early forfeits the War Bonds earned during that run. Complete the run or reach its normal defeat screen to receive the applicable run rewards.
Performance or comfort
Try disabling screen shake and floating damage numbers in Options. Audio and haptic feedback can also be adjusted there. If performance drops, tell us your device model, battlefield, operator and roughly how far into the run it happened.
