• Google Gemini AI: Your uploaded contract documents are transmitted directly to Google Gemini AI for analysis and information extraction. We do not store copies of your documents – they are sent directly to Google's API for processing. Google's use of this data is governed by their privacy policy and terms of service. Google may temporarily process your document to generate the analysis but does not use your documents to train their AI models when accessed via their API.
• Apple MapKit / CoreLocation: For geocoding property addresses and finding nearby amenities and transport.
• OpenStreetMap (Overpass API): For retrieving information about nearby amenities such as schools, shops, and parks.
• RevenueCat: For managing in-app purchases and subscriptions.
• Firebase: For authentication, analytics, and crash reporting.

4. Data Storage and Security
