Boxing Chrono is an iOS application that provides a round timer for boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, HIIT, and other interval-based training activities. The App allows users to configure round times, rest periods, and the number of rounds for their training sessions.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use Boxing Chrono on your personal iOS device.

- Boxing Chrono is available as a one-time purchase through Apple's App Store
- The purchase grants you lifetime access to the app and its features
- No subscription or recurring fees are required
- All purchases are processed through Apple's payment system and subject to Apple's Terms of Service
- Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Boxing Chrono only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Modify or create derivative works based on the App
- Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the App to third parties

- Any technical issues, bugs, or errors in the App
- Loss of data or device malfunction
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Boxing Chrono, including but not limited to design, graphics, text, and software, are owned by YK Co and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Updates and Modifications
We may release updates to Boxing Chrono from time to time. While we strive to maintain backward compatibility, we do not guarantee that all features will work on all iOS versions. You are responsible for keeping your device's operating system up to date.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Boxing Chrono at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
